These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrepAscend platform and services operated by Bond Creative, LLC DBA PrepAscend ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using PrepAscend, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
PrepAscend provides an adaptive learning platform for professional certification exam preparation. Our services include practice questions, study materials, analytics, and AI-powered tutoring.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions are billed annually. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are only provided within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 10% of the content.
Our pass guarantee requires completion of at least 80% of your personalized study plan before your exam date. If you do not pass, you must submit your exam results within 30 days to receive a free subscription extension.
All content on PrepAscend, including questions, explanations, and study materials, is the property of PrepAscend and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without permission.
PrepAscend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP) or any other certification body. FRM®, GARP®, and Financial Risk Manager® are trademarks owned by GARP.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrepAscend and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Stark County, Ohio.
